The Services provided by CognitiveChannels include voicebot solutions and API access for high-availability Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Speech-to-Text (STT) services. These services are designed to allow clients to integrate natural language processing and speech technology into their applications, systems, and products.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you agree to the following:

  • You will not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Company or its reputation.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials (e.g., API keys) provided to you for accessing the Services.
  • You will comply with any applicable local, national, or international laws when using the Services.
4. API Access and Usage

If you are granted access to our API, you must:

  • Use the API in accordance with the documentation provided by the Company.
  • Not misuse the API in any way, including overloading, spamming, or attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the system.

All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified by the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Services, subject to these Terms.

You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services without the prior written consent of the Company.

8. Service Availability and Uptime

Our total liability for any claims related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 1 month preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we suspect that your use of the Services may harm the Company or its other users.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wrocław, Poland.
